TEHRAN, April 1. /TASS/. The US and Israel have carried out strikes on the airport of the central Iranian city of Kashan, Akbar Salehi, deputy governor of the Isfahan Province, said.

"Kashan’s passenger airport was attacked by US-Zionist forces this evening," the IRNA news agency quoted him as saying.

According to Salehi, strikes targeted several cities across the province, including Isfahan, Kashan, Aran and Najafabad.
