The Kyrgyz Emergencies Ministry has declared Russian mountaineer Natalia Nagovitsina missing as she was left unable to descend from a narrow ledge at an altitude of around 7,200 meters on Victory Peak with a broken leg on August 12, ministry spokesman Adil Charygov told TASS.

"Yes, she (Nagovitsina - TASS) has been declared missing because no one can officially confirm whether she is alive or dead," Charygov said.
