MOSCOW, February 14. /TASS/. Television cameraman Yury Sholmov said on Russia’s Channel One that he is feeling fine after suffering injuries in a Ukrainian drone attack.
"I'm fine. Doctors have had another look at the wound, and they're dressing it now, sanitizing it and wrapping it up. It's going to be fine," the Channel One cameraman said.
He added that after the wound heals up, he is likely to travel again to the Kursk Region, where the drone attack happened.
Earlier on Friday, Kursk Region Interim Governor Alexander Khinshtein said the cameraman sustained injuries when a Ukrainian drone targeted a Channel One crew. He was taken to a local hospital where doctors determined his condition was satisfactory.
The Russian Investigative Committee said it started a criminal investigation into the drone attack, which it classified as an act of terrorism and obstruction of journalistic work.
