Ninth defendant in Crocus attack case sentenced to 15 days in jail for using foul language

During the arrest, Nazrimad Lutfulloi tried to free himself by pushing the officers away with his hands

MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. Moscow's Preobrazhensky Court has ordered 15 days of administrative detention for Nazrimad Lutfulloi, the ninth defendant in the Crocus terrorist attack case.

He pleaded guilty to violating public order in the vicinity of the concert hall the day after the tragedy, according to the materials of the administrative case seen by a TASS correspondent.

"[He] committed petty hooliganism accompanied by foul language in public places. <…> In the evening of March 23, while checking documents at Crocus City Hall, he was detained. He behaved defiantly, insolently, did not respond to repeated demands of police officers to stop unlawful actions," the documents say. During the arrest, Lutfulloi tried to free himself by pushing the officers away with his hands.
