Ukrainian drone shot down over Bryansk Region — defense ministry

No casualties or damage were reported

MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. A Ukrainian drone has been shot down by Russian air defense systems over the Bryansk Region bordering Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.

"At about 10:20 p.m. Moscow time on September 24, the Kiev regime’s attempted terrorist attack on facilities in Russia’s territory with the use of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle was thwarted. The Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down by air defense systems over the Beyansk Region," it said.

The region’s governor, Alexander Bogomaz, wrote on his official Telegram channel that no casualties or damage were reported.
