MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. Russia is open for the work of any foreign companies in the country that are ready to treat Russian laws, culture, tradition and people with respect, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergey Kiriyenko said at the plenary session of the 2nd Global Digital Forum.
"We are open for the work of any foreign companies in the country, there is only one condition - pay respect to legislation, culture, traditions and people of the country. If you accept these rules, we are happy with your presence on the Russian market," Kiriyenko said.
The full-fledged independence can only persist if the country has its own alternative solutions, he noted. "Not only its own ones, but its own ones in particular. And this is feasible and possible. During the last years, we completed the buildup of the digital sovereignty system," Kiriyenko added.
