MOSCOW, May 21. /TASS/. Russia’s state-run arms exporter Rosoboronexport is currently in talks with 20 partner countries on over 100 cooperation projects with a potential of over $30 billion in total, CEO Alexander Mikheyev said.
"Rosoboronexport has been in talks with approximately 20 partner nations from Latin America, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and the Commonwealth of Independent states," he told TASS in the run-up to the MILEX 2025 international defense exhibition in Minsk, Belarus.
The official said the discussions centered around "over 100 projects of technological cooperation on products for all types of troops with the potential worth over $30 billion."
The projects include joint production and production under license in partner countries of firearms, cartridges, air defense systems, helicopters (including Ka-226T), Su-57E fighter jets, aviation engines and aircraft armaments, drones (Orlan-10E, Orlan-30 and Orion-E), Kub loitering munitions and radioelectronic anti-drone warfare systems.
