MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. The board of directors of Raspadskaya, Russia's largest coking coal producer, has recommended not to pay dividends for 2024, the company reported.
"Considering financial results in the reporting period, the persisting high volatility on target markets, negative price trend outlooks, the strengthening of the fiscal and sanctions pressure, the board of directors has come to the conclusion that the payment of dividends for 2024 does not meet the interests of the company and its shareholders. The board of directors has decided not to recommend that the annual general meeting of shareholders pay dividends for 2024," the report said.
The company did not pay dividends for 2022 and 2023.
