Russian Railways’ investments hit record high in 2024

It totaled almost 1.5 trillion rubles ($15.9 bln)

MOSCOW, February 12. /TASS/. The investment program of Russian Railways set a new record and totaled almost 1.5 trillion rubles ($15.9 bln) in 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev said.

"The unprecedented volume of the investment program was completed in 2024 - it totaled almost 1.5 trillion rubles," Savelyev said.

The investment program of the Russian railway operator was approved in the amount of 1.28 trillion rubles ($13.6 bln) as of the end of 2024, earlier reports said.
