The Tianwan NPP is the largest facility of Sino-Russian economic cooperation

SIRIUS /Federal Territory/, March 26. /TASS/. Rusatom Service and CNNC signed a contract for service support of four power generating units of the Tianwan nuclear power plant (NPP), TASS reports.

The contract was signed within the framework of the Atomexpo-2024 international forum.

The Tianwan NPP is the largest facility of Sino-Russian economic cooperation. The first and the second power generating units were launched in 2007. Commercial operation of the third and the fourth units began in 2018.
