Putin and Pashinyan support greater share of payments in national currencies

The leaders spoke for consistent progress in integration processes within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, implementation of strategic areas for development of integration, including creation of the internal market without restrictions, barriers and withdrawals

MOSCOW, April 19. /TASS/. Russia and Armenia support development of integration in the Eurasian Economic Union, including the increase in the share of payments in national currencies, President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in the joint statement of leaders posted on the Kremlin’s website.

"Putin and Pashinyan spoke for consistent progress in integration processes within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, implementation of strategic areas for development of integration, including creation of the internal market without restrictions, barriers and withdrawals, and the increase of the share of payments in national currencies," according to the document.

Furthermore, leaders spoke for further deepening of interaction in the CIS format in all areas.
