MOSCOW, March 10. /TASS/. Sheremetyevo international airport temporarily suspends the operation of its passenger terminal D from March 15 due to forced restriction of international air transportation and in order to optimize operations in terminals B and C, Anna Zakharenkova, head of the airport's public relations directorate, told TASS.
"In conditions of forced restriction of international air transportation and in order to optimize and focus operation in the Northern Terminal Complex (terminals B and C) Sheremetyevo international airport suspends passenger service in terminal D from 00:00 Moscow time on March 15 this year," she said.
She noted that the transfer of airline flights from the closed terminal to terminals B and C will be carried out according to the schedule.
International flights of Belavia Airlines, Air Company Armenia, Vietnam Airlines, Corendon Airlines, Korean Air, Mongolian Airlines, Aeroflot (flights to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union), Cham Wings Airlines, Air India, Air Serbia moved to terminal C.
Domestic flights of Aeroflot, Rossiya, Yamal, Ikar, Nordwind Airlines, Severstal airlines will be served in terminal B.
The movement of unmanned trains of the interterminal passage will continue without changes. Parking and traffic at the forecourt of Terminal D will be temporarily closed.
