MOSCOW, March 27. /TASS/. Russian Helicopters and Malaysian operators are holding negotiations on supply up to eight aircraft of different types, Deputy Chief Executive of the Russian holding Igor Chechikov said on Wednesday.
"Malaysian operators presented requests; procurement of up to eight helicopters of Ansat, Mi-8/17 and Ka-32A11BC is discussed. Consultations with customers are underway at present for clarification of technical build of helicopters offered for supply and on other organizational matters," Chechikov said, cited in the press release of the company.
Russian Helicopters received requests in particular after the demo tour of Mi-172 and Ansat helicopters in Southeast Asian countries.
