Russia says its forces repelled 2 Ukrainian attacks near Serebryansky Forest over past day

According to the department, the enemy lost over 50 troops

MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. Russian forces repulsed two Ukrainian attacks in the Krasny Liman area, causing the enemy to lose more than 50 servicemen, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"In the Krasny Liman area, competent and coordinated actions of the units of the battlegroup Center helped repel two attacks by assault groups from the Ukrainian 67th mechanized brigade in the area of Serebryansky Forest," the ministry said in a statement.

The enemy lost "more than 50 Ukrainian servicemen, two armored fighting vehicles, two pickup trucks and a D-20 howitzer."

The Defense Ministry also said that Russian forces struck the personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian 63rd mechanized brigade, the 100th brigade of territorial defense, the 5th brigade of the National Guard and the 12th special forces brigade in the areas of Torskoye and Grigorovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, Chervona Dibrova in the Lugansk People's Republic, and Serebryansky Forest.
