Ukrainian Energy Ministry stated that the situation in the country's energy system remained difficult

MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. The number of incidents that resulted in the destruction or damage of Ukraine's energy and oil and gas infrastructure amounted to more than 200 over the past week, Ukraine's Energy Ministry said.

"During the last week a total of 208 incidents were recorded that resulted in the destruction or damage of energy and oil and gas infrastructure," it said on Telegram.

The ministry added that the situation in the energy system remains difficult.

In recent weeks, power outage schedules have been introduced daily in several Ukrainian regions because of damage to the energy infrastructure. Emergency shutdowns are often necessary due to shortages in the system. Water supply disruptions were reported in some localities.
