Trump's special envoy to Ukraine Kellogg arrives in Kiev

Keith Kellogg’s visit to Ukraine follows the failure to sign a minerals agreement between Washington and Kiev

MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. US Ukraine representative Keith Kellogg has arrived in Kiev, Ukrainian edition Obshchestvennoye reported.

Vladimir Zelensky earlier said that Kellogg plans to stay in the Ukrainian capital until February 22. He is expected to hold discussions with Zelensky, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky, and possibly with the head of military intelligence Kirill Budanov.

Kellogg’s visit to Ukraine follows the failure to sign a minerals agreement between Washington and Kiev, the discussions between Russia and the United States in Riyadh on February 19, and criticism of Zelensky by US President Donald Trump.
