Kiev tested psycho-stimulants, other narcotics on servicemen — documents

MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. Ukraine tested psycho-stimulants and other narcotics on its servicemen, including the trials of the ‘Anti-fatigue’ drug within the Military Institute of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev, according to a slideshow on US military biological operations in Ukraine, presented by Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force Commander Igor Kirillov said Monday.

"Trials of medications on Ukrainian citizens, facts of use of psycho-stimulants and narcotics by Ukrainian servicemen […] initial clinical trials of the ‘Anti-fatigue’ drug,” one slide reads.

According to the report, obtained by the Russian Defense Ministry, the trials involved a total of five male volunteers aged under 35 and weighing approximately 70 kg.

Earlier, Kirillov noted that the Defense Ministry obtained information about numerous facts of psycho-stimulants and other narcotics being used by Ukrainian servicemen, including methadone and amphetamines.
