Two Ukrainians arrested in Moscow on charges of making explosives

According to the court representative, the ruling hasn’t been appealed

MOSCOW, January 19. /TASS/. A court in Moscow has ruled to arrest two Ukrainian-born men in a case of making explosives, a court representative told TASS on Thursday.

The men are named Fyodor Trifonov and Oleg Zavgorodny and are charged with illegal manufacture of explosives, the person said.

The ruling hasn’t been appealed, the court representative said.
