MOSCOW, April 9. /TASS/. Roscosmos First Deputy CEO Andrey Yelchaninov would like Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko to come to meet with Belarusian cosmonaut Marina Vasilevskaya on April 12.

Vasilevskaya, according to Yelchaninov, is feeling well.

"We have a meeting scheduled for the 12th. The president of Belarus will come, I hope. Our president [Russian President Vladimir Putin] will be present," he said before the literary and musical party "You look in the sky and see - a star..." at the Moscow Art Theater.

Belarusian cosmonaut Vasilevskaya completed her mission on the International Space Station (ISS) very well and returned to Earth with positive emotions.

Vasilevskaya, Russian cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky and NASA female astronaut Laurel O'Hara returned to Earth from the ISS on April 6 aboard the Soyuz MS-24 spacecraft. O'Hara arrived at the station in September 2023 on a Soyuz MS-24, while Novitsky and Vasilevskaya arrived on March 25 of this year aboard a Soyuz MS-25 spacecraft as part of a two-week visiting expedition.
