Wagner PMC founder Prigozhin attends Vladlen Tatarsky’s funeral ceremony

The funeral ceremony takes place at the Troyekurovskoye Cemetery

MOSCOW, April 8. /TASS/. Wagner PMC founder Yevgeny Prigozhin arrived at the farewell ceremony for late military blogger and volunteer Maxim Fomin, also known as Vladlen Tatarsky. The funeral ceremony takes place at the Troyekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow Saturday.

"Today, I want to express gratitude to Vladlen Tatarsky, both from myself and from Wagner PMC fighters. Tatarsky did a lot to help us move towards victory and to eliminate the enemy. We are grateful for that and will remember him forever. He is a soldier that stays with us, whose voice will live forever, speaking only the truth," Prigozhin said, according to his press office.

Currently, the only close friends are allowed to the farewell hall. The ceremony is attended by his friends - rap singer Akim Apachev and former DPR Minister of Information Daniil Bezsonov.

Vladlen Tatarsky was a volunteer to Novorossiya militia and later a People’s Militia serviceman. He authored two autobiographic books - "The Run" and "The War," and one story book, "Mediation." He founded a media project together with another volunteer, known only as "Admin." The project has gained cult following among volunteers, servicemen, humanitarian activists and military reporters. Shortly before the beginning of the special military operation, Tatarsky and Admin departed to DPR and took part in a number of operations, including the storm of Mariupol, where they served as drone operators. Tatarsky combined his military service with blogging, creative events and humanitarian fundraising.
