Putin, Security Council discuss juvenile justice

The head of state announced reports from Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Prosecutor General Alexander Gutsan

MOSCOW, September 4. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council on Friday to discuss how to keep Russia's youth on the straight and narrow and away from crime.

"Today we have a very important issue - the prevention of offenses among minors and additional measures to prevent juvenile crime," the president said. He announced reports from Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Prosecutor General Alexander Gutsan.
