MOSCOW, March 11. /TASS/. The Kiev regime targets civilian facilities, while the Russian Armed Forces only attack military targets, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov pointed out while talking to reporters.
"The important thing here is that the Kiev regime attacks civilian facilities and residential buildings. Our forces continue to hit military and military-related targets, while the [Kiev] regime deliberately attacks homes," the Russian presidential spokesman pointed out in response to a TASS question.
"Of course, no one intends to put on rose-colored glasses and expect the [Kiev] regime to suddenly reject its Nazi nature. No, they will not reject it, and we have to remain vigilant. Our relevant services are doing what needs to be done amid such threats," Peskov added.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, 337 Ukrainian drones were shot down over Russian regions last night, with 91 unmanned aerial vehicles downed over the Moscow Region. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said that air defenses had repelled the largest-ever drone attack on the Russian capital. The attack killed two people in the Moscow region and left over ten injured. Residential and other buildings were damaged, and several cars burned down. The Russian Investigative Committee launched a criminal investigation into an act of terrorism with regard to the large-scale drone attack.
