Over 20 Ukrainian soldiers surrender in Kursk Region since March 8 — security services

In the period between March 8 and March 9, decisive actions by units of Russia's Battlegroup North led to the liberation of seven Kursk region settlements

KURSK, March 11. /TASS/. More than 20 Ukrainian servicemen surrendered in Russia’s Kursk Region since March 8, a source in the security services told TASS.

"More than 20 [Ukrainian troops] surrendered as prisoners of war since March 8," the source said.

In the period between March 8 and March 9 alone, decisive actions by units of the Battlegroup North led to the liberation of seven settlements: Malaya Loknya, Cherkasskoye Porechnoye, Kositsa, Lebedevka, Viktorovka, Nikolayevka, and Staraya Sorochina. A total of 32 Kursk Region’s settlements have been liberated since August 6.
