MOSCOW, March 4. /TASS/. Russia and Myanmar look at many international problems in a similar way, Russian President Vladimir Putin said following a meeting with Myanmar Prime Minister Min Aung Hlaing.
"During the talks, we touched upon pressing international problems. The positions of Russia and Myanmar on many of them practically coincide or are very close," Putin said.
According to the president, the sides coordinate efforts on many international platforms and advocate peaceful and sustainable development of the Asia-Pacific region.
Also, the two countries "actively, like partners cooperate in the field of security," Putin said.
