NOVO-OGARYOVO, February 25. /TASS/. Vladimir Zelensky’s absurd orders only lead to catastrophic losses, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"The current leader of the Kiev regime is becoming a toxic figure for the Ukrainian army because his absurd and groundless orders that are motivated by political rather than military considerations lead to unreasonable big losses, if not to say, colossal or catastrophic losses," he said in an interview with VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin.

According to the Russian leader, Zelensky is becoming toxic "for society in general." "Today’s voting in the Rada (Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada, or parliament - TASS) on extending his mandate proves this," he added.
