MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz discussed a host of key issues during their telephone conversation on November 15, but they did not reach agreements regarding further contacts, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said on Tuesday.
"The issues that had been discussed, were reported [in a statement from the Kremlin’s press office on the day of the talks]," Ushakov said. "The leaders did not voice any agreements regarding further contacts."
Scholz held a telephone conversation with Putin on November 15. Previously, the two leaders held a phone conversation on December 2, 2022. According to the Kremlin, the recent talk focused on the crisis in Ukraine, the Middle East, and bilateral relations between Russia and Germany. The Russian president and the German chancellor agreed that their aides would stay in touch.
