BELGOROD, November 7. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces launched more than 70 munitions and 16 drones at Russia's Belgorod Region over the past day, with two civilians seeking medical help, the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on his Telegram channel.
"In Belgorod, a man who was injured in a drone attack on November 5, sought treatment at city hospital No. 2. <...> A total of 29 munitions in 5 shelling rounds and 4 drones were launched at the settlements of Oktyabrsky, Krasny Khutor, Nechayevka, and Ustinka in the Belgorod district. A civilian in the settlement of Oktyabrsky was injured in the shelling. He was provided with medical assistance," he wrote.
In the Belgorod district, 13 flats in two apartment buildings, 16 private houses, 12 outbuildings, 25 passenger cars, and 6 commercial facilities—one of which caught fire when hit—were damaged. The fire was extinguished. The Shebekinsky district was attacked with 11 munitions and 7 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), damaging an outbuilding, a social facility, and a minibus.
There were 32 munitions and 3 drones launched at the Borisovsky, Volokonovsky, Krasnoyaruzhsky, and Grayvoronsky districts, with no casualties or damage reported. An air defense system intercepted two fixed-wing UAVs in the skies over the Prokhorovsky district.
