Donetsk People’s Republic introduces curfew from 11 pm. to 4 a.m. on weekdays

According to the relevant decree, restrictions do not apply to officials and employees of organizations, the suspension of whose activities could harm citizens, enterprises, organizations, society and the state

DONETSK, September 24. /TASS/. The Donetsk People’s Republic has introduced a curfew from 11 pm. to 4 a.m. on weekdays, starting next week, according to an order by the region’s head that was published on his website on Sunday.

The order by Denis Pushilin exempts officials and employees at organizations that have to work nonstop to avoid causing damage to people, companies, society and the country. That covers, for example, employees that oversee supplies of food and other essential items, and repair workers. Police, security agents and people holding special passes are also authorized to move about during the curfew.

Pushilin signed the order on September 18, but it didn’t go into effect until the day it was published.
