MOSCOW, June 26. /TASS/. Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has denied speculation circulated on some Telegram channels that Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived late on Saturday at the Kremlin to allegedly make an emergency statement.

"No. That's not true," Peskov said on Sunday in reply to a TASS question to comment on these reports.
