Zvezda TV reporter sustains wound in shelling of Severodonetsk

The reporter suggested that the Ukrainian military used Polish mines for shelling, which don’t make a sound when exploding

MOSCOW, June 1. /TASS/. Reporter at the Zvezda TV channel Valentin Gvozdev said he came under fire in Severodonetsk and was wounded.

The reporter suggested that the Ukrainian military used Polish mines for shelling, which don’t make a sound when exploding.

"A mine like that came flying to us when we were about to leave the city together with colleagues from Rossiya and NTV," he said in a video posted on the channel's website. "A small fragment hit me in the elbow area. It's okay, just a scratch".
