TEL AVIV, October 18. /TASS/. An Austrian Airlines plane en route from Tel Aviv to Vienna made an emergency landing in Bulgaria after a bomb call, the Haaretz newspaper reported.

According to the newspaper, an Austrian citizen, who was not on board, informed the airline about the threat. The pilot decided to make an emergency landing in Sofia.

The passengers were evacuated from the plane, which is being checked by specialists.
