KURSK, March 10. /TASS/. Three civilians died and nine more, including four teenagers, were wounded after Ukraine’s attack on a shopping center in the village of Belaya in Russia’s borderline Kursk Region, the region’s acting governor, Alexander Khinshtein said.
"This evening, Ukrainian troops delivered a strike on the Dobrynya shopping center in the village of Belaya. It happened when people were shopping after the working day. According to preliminary data, three people were killed and nine more received wounds of various degrees of gravity," he wrote on his Telegram channel. "There are four teenagers of 13 and 14 years of age among those wounded. Luckily, none is in serious condition."
He expressed condolences to the families of those killed and wished the soonest recovery to those wounded. "The Kursk Region government will offer all necessary assistance and support," he added.
