MOSCOW, October 8. /TASS/. Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case over Saturday’s incident on the Crimean Bridge, the committee said in a statement.
"The Investigative Committee’s Main Investigative Department has opened a criminal case over the incident on the Crimean Bridge. Forensic Center experts are heading to the scene on orders from the Investigative Committee chairman," the statement reads.
According to the committee, a truck exploded on the road part of the Crimean Bridge on Saturday morning, causing seven fuel tanks of a railway train to catch fire. Two spans of the road bridge collapsed.
