Safety violations may have caused oxygen pipe depressurization

On Wednesday evening, the oxygen supply line of a facility constructed at the Kommunarka hospital depressurized during the installation work

MOSCOW, November 18. /TASS/. Safety violations might have caused the depressurization of an oxygen pipe at Moscow’s Kommunarka hospital, a law enforcement source told TASS on Wednesday.

"According to preliminary reports, safety violations could be behind the depressurization of the oxygen line, but other leads are also being considered," the source said.

On Wednesday evening, the oxygen supply line of a facility constructed at the Kommunarka hospital depressurized during the installation work. There were no patients in that facility. No one was injured in the incident, which has not affected the work of the functioning units. The patients undergoing treatment are not at risk.

A source with emergency services told TASS that the pipe rupture damaged the outer panels of the facility.
