Aeroflot cancels 31 flights from Moscow over expected snowstorm

The flights to Tel Aviv, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Rome, Minsk, Almaty, Tallinn, Paris, Tivat (Montengero), Riga, Vienna, Venice, Amsterdam, Istanbul and Budapest will be cancelled on Tuesday

MOSCOW, January 18. /TASS/. Russia’s flagship airline Aeroflot will cancel 31 international and domestic flights from Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport on January 18-19 as a heavy snowfall is expected in the region, the company’s press service said on Monday.

The flights to Tel Aviv, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Rome, Minsk, Almaty, Tallinn, Paris, Tivat (Montengero), Riga, Vienna, Venice, Amsterdam, Istanbul and Budapest, as well as several domestic flights will be cancelled on Tuesday.

The airline has also rescheduled flights to Oslo, Vienna, Copenhagen, Riga, Stockholm, Vilnius and some domestic destinations.
