MOSCOW, August 29. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia sold yuan on the domestic market with settlement on August 28, 2025, in the amount of 9.3 bln rubles ($115.7 mln), according to data published on the regulator’s website.

The volume of foreign currency sold on the domestic market with settlement on August 27, 2025, totaled 9.2 bln rubles ($114.5 mln).

The Bank of Russia carries out operations of buying and selling foreign currency on the domestic market in the currency section of the Moscow Exchange using the yuan-ruble instrument.

Meanwhile, the yuan exchange rate was up by 1.7 kopecks at 11.208 rubles
