MOSCOW, April 23. /TASS/. T-Bank has expanded the line of languages available for its clients and added Chinese to its customer support service and ATMs, the Russian credit institution said.
"A consultation in Chinese can be received in a mobile app chat and through the personal account on the T-Bank's website. The support service is now working from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m., Moscow time. Questions in Russian, English, Tajik and Uzbek can be asked at all other time. Clients will be able to receive consultations in Chinese 24 hours per day since June 2025," the bank said.
To have a dialogue translated into Chinese, a message should be written in the chat in this language. A support service operator will then set Chinese as the primary language by default and the client will be switched to a Chinese-speaking specialist when addressing next time. Calls to the Chinese-speaking customer support will be available for clients in May 2025.
Chinese has also become available now in all ATMs of T-Bank. The Chinese language has become the fifth one spoken by T-Bank’s support and the seventh one offered in ATM functions.
"We see the high demand of foreigners for Russian FinTech products. The number of T-Bank clients from China surged by 80%. Striving to maintain as comfortable as possible and positive user experience for all our clients, we will adapt these products for Chinese residents in particular. We will continue studying this audience and offer personalized and the most useful banking products to it," said Vera Leichenko, the retail segments development director with T-Bank.
