US Department of Energy slightly downgrades outlook on Brent price for 2025 to $74.22

The price of WTI crude oil is projected at $70.68 per barrel in 2025, and at $64.97 per barrel in 2026

MOSCOW, March 11. /TASS/. The US Department of Energy has slightly downgraded its outlook on the average price of the Brent crude oil for 2025 to $74.22 per barrel from $74.5 per barrel, according to a report by the Energy Information Administration (EIA).

Meanwhile the 2026 outlook on Brent oil has been upgraded by $2 compared with the previous forecast to $68.47 per barrel from $66.46 per barrel.

The price of WTI crude oil is projected at $70.68 per barrel in 2025, and at $64.97 per barrel in 2026.
