"There are great prospects given the presence of Russian tourists and the habits of drinking wine and other alcoholic, and other beverages among Thai citizens," President of Abrau-Durso group of companies Pavel Titov said

BANGKOK, November 25. /TASS/. Russian wine maker Abrau-Durso will send a trial batch of 22,000 bottles of its products to Thailand in December for distribution on the local market, President of Abrau-Durso group of companies Pavel Titov told TASS.

According to him, "a test container with mixed Abrau-Durso products will be sent from Russia to Thailand in December."

"We will conduct a trial distribution with our partners. There are great prospects given the presence of Russian tourists and the habits of drinking wine and other alcoholic, and other beverages among Thai citizens. Production localization of some drinks is also quite possible, which will then become more accessible," he said.

Russian tourists vacationing in Thailand could be one of the main consumers of the products supplied by Abrau-Durso.
