DONETSK, April 11. /TASS/. PSB bank started equipping key enterprises and institutions of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics with video bankers for customer self-service, the bank's press service told TASS.
"PSB opened digital self-service offices in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. These are autonomous intelligent gadgets that are unique to the domestic market and feature the capabilities of a bank's physical branch. The digital office is also known as a video banker since it allows for video consultations with clients. The bank plans to scale the project with a focus on new regions, and equip major enterprises and organizations with video bankers," the press service said.
It was also noted that the first such devices started working in Donetsk and Lugansk. They integrate the basic operations of an ATM, an operating room, and a cash desk, allowing clients to talk with a bank staff via video, withdraw and deposit cash, and transfer funds. Account statements, document scanning and printing, and access to personal online banking account are also available.
According to the bank's projections, the devices will be in high demand among large corporations, social institutions, and rural communities.
