Russian cabinet extends ban on export of certain goods, equipment until end-2025

Supplies to all foreign countries, excluding EAEU member states, are prohibited, according to the report

MOSCOW, December 27. /TASS/. The temporary ban on export of certain goods and equipment from Russia has been extended for two years, until December 31, 2025. A respective decree has been signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the cabinet reported on its website.

"The export restriction covers technological, medical equipment among other things, agriculture equipment, electrical equipment, turbines, nuclear reactors, fibre-optic cables, certain types of flight vehicles, radars, accumulators, metalworking machines," the government’s report reads.

Supplies to all foreign countries, excluding EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union) member states, are prohibited, according to the report.
