Russia has 'good weather' in economy, Putin says

ST. PETERSBURG, November 17. /TASS/. Economic growth in Russia will be over 3% by the year end and the weather is good in the national economy, President Vladimir Putin said at the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum.

"We have the good weather, you see. Prime Minister [Mikhail Mishustin] proudly reported just yesterday, the economic growth is 5.5% over the last month," Putin said.

"It will be over 3% year on year. We said in a shipshape manner all the time, it will be 2.7, 2.5, 2.8. Now we confidently say, it will be above 3%," the Russian leader said.
