MOSCOW, May 22. /TASS/. The Lancet loitering munition has gained world acclaim after its successful use in the special military operation in Ukraine, the press office of Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation told TASS at the MILEX 2025 international arms and military hardware show in the Belarusian capital.
"This system has demonstrated its highest efficiency in combat conditions in the special military operation, which has allowed it to gain world acclaim. We can say for certain that the Lancet-E possesses large export potential," the defense agency said.
Potential customers from countries of the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America and CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) states have shown a great interest in the Lancet-E export version, it said.
"We observe a serious growth of interest from foreign partners in Russian-made loitering munitions that have demonstrated their efficiency in a real combat environment. The Lancet also enjoys great attention on foreign markets but today there is a large demand for it from the Russian Armed Forces," the defense agency said.
