Russia’s state arms seller to feature Project 22160 patrol ship at Malaysia maritime show

Rosoboronexport will also use the Klavesin-1RE unmanned autonomous submersible to demonstrate the capabilities of the Russian defense industry for creating maritime robotic systems

MOSCOW, May 19. /TASS/. Russia’s state arms seller Rosoboronexport will feature a Project 22160 patrol ship and a Project 12701 Alexandrit-E-class mine countermeasures ship at the LIMA 2025 international maritime and aerospace show in Malaysia, the company’s press office reported on Monday.

"Another key segment of LIMA 2025 will be devoted to the naval component and within its framework Rosoboronexport will demonstrate a Project 22160 patrol ship and a Project 12701 Alexandrit-E-class mine countermeasures ship. Their construction can be organized at local shipyards in Malaysia and other countries of the region: both in the interests of the national Navy, the Coast Guard and Marine Police and for exports to third countries," the press office said in a statement.

Rosoboronexport will also use the Klavesin-1RE unmanned autonomous submersible to demonstrate the capabilities of the Russian defense industry for creating maritime robotic systems, it said.

The Russian maritime equipment to be on display in Malaysia can be supplied by Rosoboronexport as final models or produced in partner countries under joint technological projects, the press office said.
