MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. Russian forces destroyed a US-made M777 howitzer in the Kherson area over the past day during the special military operation in Ukraine, Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov reported on Saturday.

"In the Kherson area, a US-made M777 artillery system and two Gvozdika self-propelled artillery guns were destroyed in counter-battery fire," the spokesman said.
