MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. Militants of the Right Sector (banned in Russia) make public calls for genocide against the Russian-speaking population and members of the Greek community in the Velikonoselkovsky district of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Friday.
"In the Velikonoselkovsky district of the Donetsk People’s Republic, militants of the radical Right Sector nationalist organization openly call for genocide against the Russian-speaking population and the Greek diaspora," said Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters in Ukraine.
Moreover, the nationalists seize money and cars from civilians, referring to the needs of territorial defense to justify it.
"These actions of Ukrainian neo-Nazis are acts of terror against their own population and war crimes with no limitations period, and officials of the Kiev regime and the actual perpetrators are war criminals and terrorists," Mizintsev stressed.
More than 400 tonnes of humanitarian cargoes were delivered to people in Ukraine’s Kherson and Kharkov regions, the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics (LPR and DPR) during the past day, Mizintsev said.
"Seven humanitarian operations were conducted during the past day in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, in the Kherson and Kharkov regions. A total of 415.6 tonnes of humanitarian aid were distributed among people," he said.
According to Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine, since March 2, a total of 23,346.9 tonnes of humanitarian cargoes have already been delivered to Ukraine by Russia. As many as 1,051 humanitarian operations have been conducted.
He also said that more than 27,000 tonnes of food, medicines and daily necessities have been raised in Russia.
"Six humanitarian operations were conducted in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Kharkov and Zaporozhye regions on May 27, 2022. As many as 277.4 tonnes of articles of daily necessity and food were distributed among people," Mizintsev added.
More than 19,000 people, including more than 2,600 children, were evacuated from dangerous regions in Ukraine, and from the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics to Russia during the day, Mizintsev, said.
"Despite the difficulties and obstacles created by Kiev, during the day, as many as 19,598 people, including 2,629 children, were evacuated from dangerous zones in various Ukrainian regions, and from the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics to Russia without any participation of Ukraine’s authorities," he said. "Since the beginning of the special military operation, as many as 1,502,055 people, including 247,458 children, have been evacuated."
According to Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine, 3,159 private cars crossed the Russian border on Friday and 211,292 since the beginning of the operation.
"During the day, the Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine, federal executive bodies, Russian regions and various public organizations received 101 requests from foreign and Ukrainian nationals for the evacuation to Russia, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republic, and to Russia-controlled territories in the Zaporozhye, Nikolayev, Kharkov, and Kherson regions," he said, adding that the database has 2,756,907 such requests from 2,136 Ukrainian settlements.
