Ukraine recklessly uses weapons, creates threats in Black Sea — Russian defense minster

Sergey Shoigu stressed that "in the Black Sea there has emerged a real threat to civilian shipping"

MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army recklessly uses some weapons at its disposal, thus creating threats in different regions, including the Black Sea, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said.

"The consequences of reckless use of certain weapons by the Ukrainian army manifest themselves in different regions," Shoigu said in a distance conference on Tuesday. In particular, he stressed that "in the Black Sea there has emerged a real threat to civilian shipping."

"The Turkish military have disposed of two naval mines off Romania and in the Bosporus Strait," he added.
