The Fleet’s upgrade started in 2014, the year of Crimea and Sevastopol’s reunification with Russia

ROSTOV-ON-DON, March 18. /TASS/. Russia’s Black Sea Fleet will get 13 new ships, some of them armed with cruise missiles Kalibr, the commander of the Southern Military District, Colonel-General Alexander Dvornikov told the media on Monday.

"The patrol ship The Dmitry Rogachyov, high speed amphibious boat of a new project and sea-going tug The Sergei Balk are in the government certification phase.
