A fire entailing a heavy smoke broke out in the Moscow trading center's cafe at 13:05 MT on Thursday

MOSCOW, September 27 (Itar-Tass) — Shoppers at the Gorbushkin Dvor trading center are being evacuated because of a fire, a source at the Russian Ministry for Emergencies (RME) has told Itar-Tass.

A fire entailing a heavy smoke broke out in the Moscow trading center's cafe at 13:05 MT on Thursday. "For safety reasons, shoppers are being evacuated from the trading center," the source said.

The RME source specified that the cafe is located on the second floor of the three-storey building. According to preliminary data, the fire originated in the cafe's exhaust ventilation system.
