US attacks Houthi targets in Al Hudaydah governorate — TV

No deaths or injuries were reported

DOHA, March 20. /TASS/. The US forces have carried out a series of strikes on the positions of Yemen's Ansar Allah (Houthi) rebel movement in the western governorate of Al Hudaydah, the rebel-controlled Al Masirah TV channel reported.

According to it, the US launched four airstrikes on the al-Katib area in the al-Mina district. No deaths or injuries were reported.

On March 15, the US began launching massive strikes on Houthi facilities, which control about a third of Yemen's territory, on the orders of President Donald Trump. US Central Command said the operation was aimed at protecting American interests and ensuring freedom of navigation. According to the Houthi government’s Health Ministry, 53 people were killed and 98 injured in the airstrikes. In response, the Ansar Allah movement launched a series of missile and drone attacks on the USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier in the northern Red Sea.
